Outlook (2019)
- Go to File at the top left
- Click on Account Settings and then Server Settings
- Verify the following settings
- Username = full email address
- Incoming Server = mail.nktelco.net
- Incoming server port = 995
- Check Mark “This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS)”
- Outgoing Mail Server = mail.nktelco.net
- Outgoing server port = 587
- Encryption Method = Auto
- Username = Full Email address
- Click Next and then Done
Outlook (2013 & 2016)
- Go to File at the top left
- Click on Account Settings and then Account Settings again
- Select your NKTelco email account and hit change (above)
- Verify the following settings
- Incoming Mail Server = mail.nktelco.net
- Outgoing Mail Server = mail.nktelco.net
- Username = Full Email address
- Click More Settings at the bottom right
- Click on the Outgoing Server Tab
- Checkmark “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”
- Click on the Advanced tab and verify the following settings
- Incoming server port = 995
- Check mark “This server requires encrypted connection (SSL)”
- Outgoing server port = 587
- Use the following type of encrypted connection (auto or TLS)
- Hit Ok, Click Next, Finish
Outlook (2007)
- Go to Tools, Account Settings
- Select your NKTelco email account and hit change (above)
- Verify the following settings
- Incoming Mail Server = mail.nktelco.net
- Outgoing Mail Server = mail.nktelco.net
- Username = Full Email address
- Click More Settings at the bottom right
- Click on the Outgoing Server Tab
- Checkmark “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”
- Click on the Advanced tab and verify the following settings
- Incoming server port = 995
- Check mark “This server requires encrypted connection (SSL)”
- Outgoing server port = 587
- Use the following type of encrypted connection (auto or TLS)
- Hit Ok, Click Next, Finish
