As installations were completed over the winter and the ground was not feasible to bury your service drop, we were forced to lay it on the ground. Yes, we know that the weather is warming up, but with the amount of rain we have received over the past few weeks, much of the ground is still soggy. We understand that you are anxious to get out and mow your lawn. Please be visual and cautious of the service drop on the ground. We are diligently working through our list to get all drops installed. If you should damage the line, please call us immediately as you may lose service until a replacement can be installed.
